The Credit Team Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

Refunds for cancelled mentorship sessions will be issued according to the following guidelines:

  1. Cancellations made within 3 days from the start date will be eligible for a full refund.

  2. Cancellations made between 4 days and 7 days after the start date will be eligible for a 50% refund.

  3. Cancellations made more than 1 week after the start date will NOT be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Process:

To cancel your membership, please send an email to clientsupport@thecreditteam.org with the subject line "Cancellation Request." In your email, include your full name, program start date, and a brief explanation for the cancellation. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process it accordingly.

Mentor Cancellations:

In the event that your assigned mentor needs to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to reschedule the session at a convenient time for both parties. If rescheduling is not possible, a substitute mentor may be assigned.

Program Termination:

The Credit Team reserves the right to terminate a mentorship program or mentee participation at any time if there are violations of program policies, code of conduct, or other circumstances that warrant program discontinuation.

Rescheduling:

If you wish to reschedule your mentorship sessions instead of cancelling, please notify us at least 1 day before your scheduled onboarding session. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on mentor availability.

Cancellation Deadline:

Mentees may cancel their participation in the program at any time. However, we kindly request that cancellations be made within 7 business days from the program's start date. This allows us to accommodate other interested mentees and make necessary adjustments to our mentorship resources.

By participating in the The Credit Team Mentorsip program, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this cancellation policy.

Note: The Credit Team reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time, and any changes will be communicated to enrolled clients accordingly.
